Art has been the unwavering current of my life. A 2013 graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC), I initially explored various creative avenues, from launching a small clothing brand to briefly pursuing painting as a profession. However, it was tattooing that ultimately resonated as my true calling. For me, life’s most cherished aspects are genuine connections and the boundless realm of creativity, making the path to becoming a Tattoo Artist feel like a natural and fulfilling evolution.
I believe the essence of tattooing lies in its creative process – crafting visual narratives that embody the stories of individuals. It’s an intimate exchange, forging bonds and fostering connections between people. This is, without a doubt, the most rewarding facet of my work as a tattoo artist. To witness my art deeply connect with a client, to aid them in channeling emotions, processing past experiences, or simply celebrating their present identity, is an immense privilege. This profound impact is what I value most about my profession.
Love Always, my tattoo studio, was established in 2017 with a distinct vision: to cultivate a tattoo experience that diverges from the conventional. My aspiration was to provide clients with a sanctuary of comfort and security – a space characterized by relaxation, uniqueness, and joyful energy. My aim is that every person who steps through our doors feels genuinely cared for because, at its heart, receiving a tattoo is an act of self-care. Love Always is more than just a studio; it’s an embodiment of mindful art and personal well-being, reflecting my dedication as a tattoo artist to holistic client experiences.
Eight years into my journey as a tattoo artist, the learning process remains continuous and inspiring. My artistic style has evolved, and today, I am particularly drawn to the imagery of flora, fauna, the grace of the female form, and thoughtfully designed objects.
